I can't seem to find a way to carry a tied note onto a new staff (NWC1) and must resort to changing the

tied dotted half to a straight half and using rests in the subsequent barre.  In (NWC3) the only place this 

affects is the last barre of the first part, since all the others carry along as intended, and the effect is minimal.



If you think that explanation is confusing, you should have seen me trying to figure out what was wrong 

in the song and then how to express it in terms I could understand.  Hopeless, but I did try.
