Before winding2.exe can be run, the application 'dotnetfx1.0' must be installed on the computer:

Double-click on dotnetfx1.0.exe (located in the 'Winding' folder) and the 'application install process' will commence. The install will take a few minutes and there may be one or two 'yes?/no?' prompts during the process. 

The procedure laid out above is a 'one-time-only' task; once dotnetfx1.0 is installed on the system, 'winding2.exe' can be run at any time.
